Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to pick lists and quality standards.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and process shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for order accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
