Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Scan items using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, ensuring proper handling of inventory.
- Verify product quantities against purchase orders to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
