About the Role:
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment with speed and accuracy. We pride ourselves on safety and efficiency, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise for orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Package items securely and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory management.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent stock errors.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and barcode labels.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
