As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment center, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet our high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship products to customers with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and quality control.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment (tuggers, pallet jacks).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
