Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Inspect merchandise for damages or defects before packing to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of inventory movements and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software and scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we train eager learners.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
