As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are delivered accurately and on time. We offer a safe, clean, and supportive work environment where your hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage or errors before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Update inventory counts and resolve discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for specific roles).
