Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and digital inventory systems
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelves according to company protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment after training
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
