Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against work orders.
- Sort, stage, and prepare shipments for delivery using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock checks as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
