Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to verify inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and improve overall efficiency.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or errors.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (optional for general picking, required for delivery duties).
