Job Overview
In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Locate products in the warehouse efficiently using bin locations and barcodes.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and within regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
