Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to management
- Optimize workflow by organizing inventory in designated zones and maintaining FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and participate in monthly safety drills
- Utilize WMS systems to update inventory levels and track order progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Familiarity with RF scanners or voice-picking systems
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (10-15°C)
