Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Verify item accuracy and quality before packaging orders for shipment.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, or packing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (if applicable, please include in application).
