Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve daily/weekly performance targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols while maintaining zero-accident standards
- Optimize inventory control systems, conducting cycle counts and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations to meet 99.5% accuracy goals
- Streamline warehouse layout and processes using lean methodologies
- Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation proficiency required
- Expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
