Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and ready for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine inventory checks and stock rotation as directed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and verifying product codes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
