Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking and packing processes using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, strictly adhering to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Inspect merchandise for quality and damage before packing and immediately report any discrepancies to inventory control.
- Operate warehouse equipment provided by the company, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Load and unload outbound and inbound trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and consistently meet daily performance and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid ID and reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business volume.
