Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems when required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure correct labeling before shipping.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or scanners.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
