Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly and arrange them for timely shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
