Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Scan items into the inventory management system using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and verify quantities to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, after receiving proper certification.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading pick tickets and labels.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are mandatory.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
