What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will ensure that our inventory is processed accurately, our staff remains safe, and our clients receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to meet KPI targets.
- Manage staff scheduling and performance, ensuring adequate coverage and fostering a positive team culture.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain and repair warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring operational readiness.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Train new hires on safety procedures and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating heavy machinery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
