Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify product quantities and quality against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
