Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Scan barcodes and verify product details to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (forklift training available).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
