Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are prepared for timely shipping.
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
