Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from inventory using handheld scanners (PDA) and warehouse management systems.
- Verify order accuracy against pick tickets to ensure 100% fulfillment.
- Prepare and package goods securely for shipment, labeling boxes appropriately.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and 5S guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
