Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from inventory shelves and pack them securely for shipping using standard packaging materials.
- Order Verification: Double-check order slips to ensure the correct items, quantities, and descriptions are being processed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all 5S warehouse principles.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all labels are applied correctly before dispatch.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read pick tickets and verify product details accurately.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition and subtraction for order verification.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work a full-time schedule.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
