Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and inventory control regarding stock levels and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
