Responsibilities
- Scan items using handheld scanners or voice-picking technology to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Package items securely according to shipping guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to comply with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quantity and quality control.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
- Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
