Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure it meets quality control standards prior to shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
