Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to scan barcodes and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers when needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
