Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package customer orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and damage before packing to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock within designated zones.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs related to daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and speed in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
