Responsibilities
- Select and gather merchandise from the warehouse shelves using a handheld scanner or RF gun to ensure order accuracy.
- Package and label items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Inspect products for quality and report any damaged goods immediately.
- Work collaboratively with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
