Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Train and lead a team of warehouse associates while enforcing safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control using provided WMS technology and automated equipment
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using provided tools
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Generate performance reports and operational analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with inventory control methodologies
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
