Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Package Preparation: Properly wrap, label, and seal packages to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to maintain an organized warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness before they are dispatched.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified) as required by the shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your designated work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading picking tickets and verifying product details.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctual attendance record.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate with team leads.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
