Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, and pack merchandise according to customer orders and company standards with high accuracy.
- Ensure all packages are correctly labeled, sealed, and staged for shipping.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged stock immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners, handheld radios, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail for scanning and counting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
