Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors via remote portals
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in remote training sessions for new processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with remote communication tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
