Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Coordinate inventory management systems remotely via our digital platform
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with logistics team for real-time order updates
- Maintain clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards
- Participate in weekly remote team meetings for performance reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting tasks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Dallas facility
