Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication platforms
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation digitally
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with digital tools (scanners, tablets, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Comfortable working independently and in remote team settings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
