As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring our distribution network runs smoothly. You will work closely with our inventory management team to prepare orders accurately and efficiently for delivery.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise against customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the team lead immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
