Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify inventory against customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks in a safe and organized manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform light physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
