Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations and manage third-party logistics partners
- Conduct regular audits and report on operational KPIs
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-docking and distribution center operations
