Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and power jacks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
