Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team of warehouse associates.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with management on workflow improvements.
- Manage equipment maintenance and report any damages immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
