Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Verify inventory counts against orders to minimize errors.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and shipping orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and inventory counting.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
