Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in assigned warehouse zones
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Parkway, New Orleans
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Attention to detail with ability to follow written instructions
