Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying proper labels and documentation.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
