Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before shipping.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment according to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels and completing paperwork.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in a dock environment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing warehouse processes.
