Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders based on pick lists and packing slips, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Inspect all products for quality assurance and damage before shipping to maintain high standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Organize inventory on shelves and in storage areas to ensure easy accessibility and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies or urgent rush orders.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills required for accurate order processing and inventory counting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on concrete warehouse floors.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
