Responsibilities
- Precisely pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate automated packing equipment and barcode scanners
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in our WMS system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, or nights
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Avenue location
