Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and loading equipment to move materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily for optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload shipments with precision while adhering to weight distribution protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized inventory and workflow
- Follow strict safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Assist in inventory management and documentation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse)
