Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control systems
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Valid Hawaii driver's license required
