Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages and optimize storage space.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and safety audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification and valid California driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
